Handle financial entries including processing payroll, managing accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy in financial records.
Prepare financial reports and maintain detailed records.
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
Finalize daily entries and prepare tasks for subsequent days.

Strong skills using QuickBooks, Payroll, AR & AP.
You are a Self-Starter and have the ability to work independently and meet deadlines according to our accounting close calendar.
You hold a bachelor’s or associate degree in accounting.
Initial three-month trial period on-site to evaluate suitability for a potential transition to a hybrid work-from-home and office arrangement, subject to performance and feasibility assessment.
