Office Manager
The Office Manager at Miller’s Tree Service plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You have strong skills in QuickBooks, handling payroll and overseeing accounts receivable.

You aren’t scared of technology. You’ll jump right into learning our software, SingleOps, and you have significant experience in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
You have proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
Administrative Operations
Oversee hiring, onboarding, and off-boarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions and maintaining accurate HR files.
Ensure accurate tracking of crew member time records, verifying clock-ins and clock-outs, and oversee the timely and accurate processing of weekly payroll.
Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing clients and maintaining accurate records.
Act as the central point of contact for vendor management and office technology support (e.g., SingleOps).
Client Relations
Respond to customer feedback and reviews to maintain and enhance the company’s reputation.
Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Safety and Compliance
Ensure compliance with Department of Transportation (DoT) processes, including vehicle registrations and driver protocols.
Handle and document injury and incident reports, ensuring adherence to safety standards.
Conduct regular reviews of operational safety protocols and ensure alignment with company policies and regulations.
