A Day in the Life

• Handle financial entries including processing payroll, managing accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

• Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy in financial records.

• Prepare financial reports and maintain detailed records.

• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.

• Finalize daily entries and prepare tasks for subsequent days.

• You have a basic understanding of US GAAP and accrual accounting.

• Strong skills using QuickBooks, Payroll, AR & AP.

• You are a Self-Starter and have the ability to work independently and meet deadlines according to our accounting close calendar.

• You hold a bachelor’s or associate degree in accounting.
